BT Tradespace alerts: Keep up-to-date with what's happening on your space

When a customer rates or reviews your business, or comments on your blog, you want to know. BT Tradespace enables you to receive the latest information by sending you desktop alerts. Tradespace members can be notified about the latest customer ratings and reviews and comments on their blog by receiving desktop alerts. All you need to do is download and install the small application from within your Tradespace Manager (located in Site Settings).

BT Tradespace Alerts is linked to each individual tradespace, so you can track what's happening on your site and respond promptly. Customers like quick feedback, and a timely response to their comments will help build a dialogue with them.

You can also use the alerts application as an easy-to-use RSS reader for feeds from any other site on the Internet.
