Online status
When I wander down my local high street, I can tell which business is open and which is closed, simply by peeking through the window or by taking a look at the sign on the door.

But with a website or Tradespace site you can remain open for business, even when you've had enough and want a well earned rest.

But what about those online customers that have a quick question they want to ask, just before clicking the "buy now" button? How do they know whether you're available or not?

Well, the good news is that they can now check-out your "online" status and see whether you're available. That's providing you've got it switched on of course!

Not sure whether you've done this?

1) Log in to Tradespace and makes sure you're on the Communities page :
2) Click on the "Edit my community profile" link
3) Click on the "Privacy" tab
4) Decide who you want to show your online status to
5) Save the changes.

It's that simple!

Your Online status will then appear against your personal profile.

You could even add a link to your personal profile page on your Tradespace site under the "About us" section. That way your customers will know if your available. Might even be worth a blog post on your Tradespace site!
