New Community Manager for Tradespace

Posted 10 December 2007 at 1:22PM by Derek Hemphill in Announcements

Hi everyone,

I'm delighted to introduce myself as the new Community Manager for BT Tradespace. You're likely to be hearing a fair amount from me from now on as I will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity on BT Tradespace. From keeping you updated with the latest developments on this blog to making sure that you get what you need to make BT Tradespace work for you.

Having worked with BT since 1997 and BT Business online since 2005, I have extensive experience working with small businesses and serving their needs within an online environment. I was involved in setting up the first ever customer blog for BT over at BT Broadband office and I was part of the team that developed and launched BT Tradespace Communities.

I will be spending a lot of time on Tradespace Communities as well so you can always get in touch with me there. If you haven't already, take a look at the 'Help with BT Tradespace' community where you can get your questions answered or why not post your suggestions on the 'Ideas for BT Tradespace' community?

We are always keen to hear from you so don't be shy!

Speak soon,

Derek

Hi Derek,
Let me be the first to welcome you to the BT Tradespace community. I have noticed that there are very few Blogs on the latest BT Tradespace as opposed to the previous one where items were not vetted. We need members to participate and help each other either with problems or by buying from each other.
My Blogs and effort have sent 22,334 visitors to my site in the last 4 weeks and sales have have increased dramatically. My customers can now pay me direct by Debit / Credit card and have their goods shipped out the next working day. Visit my site now for some wonderful gift ideas at

Good luck & a very happy & prosperous Christmas & New Year to all members & staff at BT Tradespace.
