Help us shape the future of BT Tradespace

Posted 9 May 2008 at 10:46AM by Derek Hemphill in Announcements

As a member of BT Tradespace you will be aware that we are constantly improving and evolving the site based on feedback from our users. Usually this feedback comes from emails, customer satisfaction surveys and telephone calls. In addition, from time to time we also invite some of our members in person to a focus session with the Tradespace team to help us get a deeper understanding of how people are using the site and what improvements they think can be made.

Our next focus sessions are being held in central London on Thursday 15th May and I would like to invite you to come along and take part. If you are in the London area on that day and can spare one hour of your time to chat with us in person please send me a message or drop me an email. Please include your name and a telephone number where we can contact you.

In return for your time, we will pay you a fixed fee of £60 to cover any out of pocket expenses. Places at our focus sessions are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to help shape the future of one of the fastest growing online communities. I really hope you can join us.

Hi Derek,
Nice idea from Bt.the community bit is OK but no facility that I could find to go back and edit your posting,no "help" facility that I could find,I always find that Bt. sites are very technical and not user friendly at all,to find any information you have to go all round the houses,no feedback facility either I have just found your page and used it because there appears to be nothing else.I know its in Beta phase but Bt.has a lot of developing to do in the way of friendly websites, sorry.
Ebrima,
I wonder if I will get a reply?
I dont expect it will get posted!!!

Hi Ebrima,

Thanks for your response! Firstly, there is no facility for you to edit this post. This is not something which is standard practice for blogs or community forums. The only social platform where you could edit the originators post would be a Wiki. Should you wish to comment on a blog or community post, the normal way would be for you to post a reply which you have done in this instance.

We provide a number of help facilities including, the Help with BT Tradespace community and the Support pages. You can also offer us feedback in the Lounge Community, the Ideas for BT Tradespace community and you can contact us.

If you have any specific questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Derek
