Get (more) satisfaction from BT Tradespace

I'm am really excited to let you know about a new community we have started on Getsatisfaction.com to help you get the most out of using BT Tradespace.

Getsatisfaction.com is a completely independent web site that was set up by some clever people (not us!) to give consumers of products and services from any company around the world a new way getting help or sharing ideas. The unique thing about this site is that it's the people that use the products or services that own the community and not the people that provide them.

We believe that the site offers a really great experience for the users as it is really simple to use and helps you find the information you need quickly.

By joining the BT Tradespace community on Gesatisfaction.com, you will have an opportunity to get answers, resolve any problems, share your ideas or have general discussions about using BT Tradespace. Although my colleagues and I will be checking in regularly and responding as appropriate on the site, we don't own the community. It's yours to do with as you please.
